Every correction we have made, dated, with what was wrong and what it was changed to.
How do I report an error?
Every record and every page carries a report control. We aim to acknowledge a report within two business days and resolve it within five.
If you are an agency telling us we have your own fee or process wrong, say so — those reports go to the front of the queue.
What gets logged?
Any change to a published fact. A corrected record updates its verification date and its change history, and material corrections are noted on the affected page for 30 days rather than quietly swapped.
